Saturday, May 2, will be a very special CLBG meeting! It is our Kentucky Derby Party Celebration!
It will start at 5:00 p.m. at the NCM theater. You won't want to be late, because we have a full slate of activities:
> Live TV broadcast of the Derby.
> A Derby hat contest (men and women)
> Snacks and Drinks.
We're putting together a potluck list. Not everyone will need to bring something, but we're looking for several volunteers to bring easy-to-serve, easy-to-eat finger foods. If you'd like to help, please contact Ron Best with what you would like to bring and we'll add your name to the list.
10 - Cold Sandwiches, 12 slider-size (ham, turkey, etc.)
5 - Assorted Chips, 30 individual-size bags (Doritos, potato chips, pretzels, etc.)
6 - Cookies, bars, or other finger-food desserts
Assorted Beverages (please bring chilled, we will have coolers & ice available):
4 - Diet Coke, 12 pack
2 - Coke, 12 pack
2 - Sprite, 12 pack
2 - Bottled Water, 24 pack
